In short it is a system that greatly simplifies the writing of technical documentation and its rendering on the paper or on paper. I work daily with it, so besides the documents I write about it, you'll find here additional stuff about DocBook. It's not always easy to start up with DocBook. I provide
here a detailed procedure accompanying some sample documents and
stylesheets so that a beginner could write his first documents in
minutes. It has been written to work on the Mandrake Linux system
but should work on other Linux distributions. Just download the
